If for any reason your item isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange only.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as BiteMark Leather Co cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact us before sending your return so we can confirm availability.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assess the matter.
